Mid-Campus Houses

Mid Campus has a variety of houses located on Summit and Grand Ave. Each house has it's own address that can be found on our . Each house is unique in it's configuration and the type of housing accommodation that is offered. Mid-Campus houses are for returning and transfer students and are single gender houses.

General Specifications for Mid Campus Houses

Common Areas	Each house has at least one kitchen that includes a refrigerator/freezer, stove, sink, and microwave. Each house has a washer/dryer. Location is unique to the house. Each house has at least one full bathroom.
Furniture Included	Bedroom furniture includes, for each student: Extra-long twin bed and mattress, dresser, and closet or wardrobe space. The living rooms have a couch, end table and coffee table.
WiFi, Cable, Internet	All residences come with wired and wireless (wifi) internet connections and cable television access.
Heating and Cooling	Houses are equipped with heat. Air conditioning is not provided.

Building Staff	There is no on-site building staff within each house. However, there is a Mid-Campus Hall Director and RA available to each house.
